Once more Johnson’s decision-making favours the coronavirus over the people. Scotland insists on a negative test from visitors flying in to Scotland from tomorrow. Johnson has postponed the requirement until Monday, which gives wannabe travellers time to jump on ‘planes without tests, creates a spike of travellers and hey presto, exponentialism here we come.
