Boo Hoo

Dear Sir Keir Starmer,

Instead of piggy-backing on the Government’s ideas, why don’t you preempt problems and challenge them? Boo Hoo has now bought online Dorothy Perkins, Wallis and Burton for £25 million pounds without having any liability for the 214 shops or 2500 workers who will become redundant. Boo Hoo factories in Leicester are notorious for their exploitation of workers in ‘dark factories’ some of whom were paid as little as £3.50 per hour. I doubt that coronavirus safety measures are in place or that workers are paid sick pay. What do you suggest Keir Starmer? How are you challenging Johnson on this issue?
