Effective wi-fi and mobile networks with the increased usage by Sizewell workers.
Fair rent for all.
Farmers to be compensated with land not money if they so wish.
A footbridge for Phil Baskett over the bypass to his landlocked field.
(Farmers are compensated for the land taken up by concrete not the soil either side.)
Animals to be rehomed.
Pub landlord to be repaid for lost business due to road closures, diversions, trucks and future business which will be lost by the new bypass.
